Common questions
Is it really free to build?
Yes. Building a shop costs nothing, and you pay for a package only when you want to open to customers. Sign-up is not open yet, so leave your number and we will tell you first.
How do I pay?
Scan our QR (LAO QR / BCEL One) and upload the slip. We open your shop within one working day.
Where does the money from my sales go?
Straight to your own bank account, through your own QR. LaoCart takes no commission and never touches your money.
Does the system know by itself when a customer has paid?
On Pro, yes, through the bank's API (coming soon). On Basic and Starter the customer attaches the slip and you confirm it in the admin with one tap, or you can add automatic confirmation later.
How are products counted?
By the products shown in your shop. Colours or sizes of the same product count as one. Basic 30, Starter 50, Pro unlimited. Add more products or upgrade at any time.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Starter and Pro. We register and connect it for you for a small yearly fee. We manage it so your shop always works, and it can be transferred to your name if you ask.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can use Facebook, you can use LaoCart. There is a video for every step. Or let us add your products for you as an add-on.
What happens if I do not renew?
Your shop closes, but we keep your products and orders for 30 days in case you come back.
