Cancel, return and refund
Three different things — and they do different things to your stock.
- 1Cancelled — the order never happened; stock goes back to the products automatically
- 2Returned — the customer sent the goods back; stock goes back too
- 3Refunded — a record that you sent the money back; stock is not touched
