What the order statuses mean
From “Awaiting payment” to “Completed” — and who sees what.
- 1Awaiting payment — the customer ordered, the money has not arrived
- 2Paid — you have seen the money in your account
- 3Shipped — handed to the courier; you can add a tracking number
- 4Completed — the order is finished
There are also Cancelled, Returned and Refunded — see Cancelling and refunding.
