What the buyer sees
Knowing their side of the screen makes answering a customer much faster.
- 1At checkout: they enter a name, a phone number and a delivery address
- 2After ordering: they get an order code, the total, and a QR to transfer to (if they chose transfer)
- 3On the tracking page: the current status, the items, the amounts and the tracking number
Customers never see your internal notes, your stock levels, or anybody else's orders.
